No, Romans 3 makes it clear that by nature and by choice, no one loves God, seeks God, or does good. We must be careful to not forget this because this is directly contrary to everything our culture says. Everyone likes to believe that, at their core, they are good; that they are good with a few mistakes. Apart from the revelation of the Spirit, no one naturally sees themselves as morally and spiritually debased, broken, and bankrupt.
